The ' 3M Snaps ' option provides a snap every 24 inches on the edges (Stationary use only)

Absolutely! If you would like to avoid using snaps, please be aware: 3M Snap fastener installation is only intended for fixed use and will come with a snap on the edges only, and it should not be utilized while driving.
