How do I order?

4. We send you a prepaid shipping label via email

5. Mail us your existing cushion covers using that label

6. We review your covers, confirm your material/color choice, and go into production

7. We ship your new covers back to you in 10–14 business days

What happens after I place my order?
We'll send you a prepaid shipping label via email within 12 hours. You use that label to mail us your existing dinette cushion covers at no cost to you. Once we receive them, we'll confirm your final material and color choice and begin production.

Do I need to send you my old covers?
Yes, ideally. We use your existing covers as the exact pattern for your new ones. This guarantees a perfect fit. If you absolutely can't send them, you can mail detailed measurements and photos from multiple angles (top, front, side, detail shots), but we can't guarantee the same precision as using the actual pattern.

How long is the lead time?
10 to 14 business days after we receive your old covers and you confirm your final material and color choice. Larger orders, special material requests, or custom designs may take slightly longer. We'll give you a specific timeline once we receive your covers.

Can I rush my order?

What if I change my mind after ordering?
Contact us immediately before we receive your old covers. Once we've received your covers and begun production, we can't cancel or refund the order.

Is return shipping included?
Yes. We send you a prepaid label to mail us your old covers, and you cover the return shipping for your new covers.

How do you ship the new covers?
We typically ship via UPS or FedEx, with tracking included. You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your covers ship.

What if my new covers arrive damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos. We stand behind our work. We'll repair or replace damaged covers at no cost to you.

Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
Since these are custom-made covers built to your specific pattern, returns and refunds aren't available. However, if there's a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we'll make it right under our 1-year warranty.

Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within the continental US. Contact us for international shipping options and quotes.

What's the difference between vinyl and fabric covers?

• Vinyl: Durable, easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth, great for high-traffic dinettes, resists stains, UV-resistant. Best choice for most RV dinettes.

• Fabric: Softer, more comfortable feel, breathable, gentler on skin in warm weather, requires spot cleaning. Great if you prefer a softer look and don't mind gentle care.

Which material is best for my dinette?
Most RV owners choose vinyl because dinettes take a lot of spills, crumbs, and daily wear. Vinyl is easier to maintain. If you prefer the feel of fabric or have a low-traffic dinette, fabric works great too. We can help you decide when you order.

Can I see samples of the vinyl and fabric options?
Yes. We offer fabric and vinyl sample kits. Visit our main website or call 928-235-2780 to request samples before you order.

Can I mix vinyl and fabric (e.g., vinyl seat, fabric back)?
Yes. Two-tone or fabric/vinyl combinations are available. These may have an additional upcharge. Let us know when you order, and we'll provide a quote.

What if I want a color not listed?
Contact us. We work with multiple material suppliers and can source custom colors for many requests. We'll provide a quote and lead time for custom color orders.

Can you match the color of my old covers?
We can help you find the closest color from our available options. Once we receive your old covers, we can compare them directly and recommend the best match or a color that complements your RV interior.

What colors are available?
Standard colors include: Elk Honey Bee, Coronado Ocher, Coronado Tanino, Denali Med Grey, Denali Med Neutral, Denali Moondust, Denali Saddle Brown, Laredo Buckskin, Linen Nutmeg, Linen Oyster, Linen Stone, and Wallaby Camel. We also offer "Match My Current Color" and "Help Me Choose" options to make selection easier.

What sizes of dinettes can you make covers for?
We can make replacement covers for most RV dinette cushion sizes, including booth dinettes, U-shaped dinettes, and bench-style dinettes. Standard cushions range from 12"–48" wide, up to 36" deep, and up to 8" thick. Most orders include 2 to 6 covers per set.

How do I know which set size (2, 4, or 6) I need?

• Set of 2: One bench with seat and back covers, or two individual cushion covers

• Set of 4: Two benches with seat and back covers each, or a dinette booth

• Set of 6: A larger dinette with multiple sections, or three benches

Send us a photo of your dinette, and we'll recommend the right set size within 12 hours.

What if my dinette has unusual cushion shapes?
Send us photos and measurements. We can often work with curved backs, contoured seats, L-shaped dinettes, or other custom shapes. Some specialized shapes may have an additional upcharge, but we'll let you know before production.

Can you make covers for cushions larger than 72" wide?
Contact us with measurements and photos. We can handle oversized dinettes, but they may require a custom quote.

What if my old covers don't match my new cushion size?
This sometimes happens if you've replaced the foam or reshaped the cushions. Send us the measurements of your new cushions, not the old covers. Include photos from multiple angles, and we'll build the pattern from that.

Can I choose two different colors for the same set?
Yes. You can do two-tone covers (e.g., charcoal backs, cream seats) or mix and match individual covers. Let us know your preference when you order. Two-tone designs may have a small upcharge.

Can I add decorative stitching or piping?
Yes. Decorative top-stitching around seams or contrasting welt/piping adds a premium touch. These options may have an additional cost. We'll quote before production.

Can I upgrade to a premium material?
Absolutely. Premium marine-grade vinyl or upgraded performance fabrics are available with an upcharge. Once you place your order, we can show you premium options and provide pricing before production begins.

What about fabric/vinyl combinations?
You can choose vinyl for the seat (easy to clean) and fabric for the back (more comfortable). Or any other combination you prefer. Custom combinations may have an upcharge. We'll quote before production.

Are the covers made to order?
Yes. Each set is custom-made using your existing covers as the pattern. This is why lead time is 10–14 business days, but also why the fit is guaranteed.

How do you ensure quality?
All covers are handcrafted by experienced upholsterers and inspected before shipping. We use quality materials and pay attention to seams, stitching, and finish. If there's any quality issue, we'll make it right under our warranty.

What if there's a manufacturing defect?
We stand behind our work. If there's a defect in seams, stitching, or materials, we'll repair or replace the covers at no cost within the first year.

Are the covers made in the USA?
Yes. All replacement dinette cushion covers are made in the USA by Active RV's upholsterers.

What's the warranty on the replacement covers?
All covers come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. This covers seam separation, zipper failure, material defects, and workmanship issues. It does not cover stains, tears from use, UV fading, or damage from misuse.

What happens if a seam comes loose?
Contact us with photos. We'll repair or replace the cover at no cost within the first year.

What if the cover tears or stains?
Stains and tears from use aren't covered under warranty, but we can discuss repair options. Contact us at 928-235-2780.

How long do dinette covers typically last?
With proper care (regular cleaning, sun protection, gentle use), quality dinette covers last 8–12 years or more. Vinyl covers typically last longer than fabric in high-use dinettes.

How do I clean vinyl covers?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse with clean water and air dry. Avoid bleach, harsh solvents, and high-pressure washers.

How do I clean fabric covers?
Spot clean with mild upholstery cleaner. Air dry (no heat). For tough stains, professional upholstery cleaning is safe. Avoid bleach and harsh solvents.

Should I cover my dinette when parked?
Yes. UV exposure fades upholstery over time. Window shades, blinds, or a light throw cover over your dinette extends the color life and material durability.

Can I use a steam cleaner?
Avoid steam cleaners on vinyl or fabric. Stick with mild soap and water for vinyl, and upholstery-safe spot cleaners for fabric.

How often should I clean my dinette covers?
Wipe vinyl after meals or spills to prevent staining. Vacuum or brush fabric covers weekly if you use them heavily. Regular light cleaning keeps them fresh and extends their life.
