Will it fit through my RV door?
Yes. All our wall-hugger sofas (64", 67", 70", and 80") are designed to fit through a standard 22" RV door opening. We size and assemble pieces to ensure passage during delivery and installation.

How much wall clearance do I need?
Only 3 inches. This wall-hugger design lets you recline fully without pushing the sofa away from the wall, perfect for tight RV floor plans.

What's the minimum slide-out depth required?
All sizes require a minimum of 36 1/2" slide-out depth with the front of the sofa slightly overhanging the slide-out. This is the most common configuration for RVs.

How much space does it need when fully reclined?
All sofas extend 65" from the wall when fully reclined. Make sure you have clearance to the opposite wall or furniture before ordering.

What about weight? Will my RV handle it?

• 64", 67", 70": 195 lbs each

• 80": 247 lbs

All sizes are designed for RV weight limits. We recommend checking your RV's weight distribution specs, especially for heavier models. Contact us if you have concerns about chassis limits.

How do I know which size fits my RV?
Send us photos and measurements of your slide-out and seating area. We'll confirm fit within 12 hours and recommend the best size for your layout. Most RVs use the 64", 67", or 70" depending on available space.

What's the difference between manual and powered reclining?

• Manual: You pull a parachute cord to recline. No power needed, simpler mechanics, same comfort.

• Powered: Buttons on each armrest control reclining and seat height. Includes USB charging ports. Requires 110V power.

What's the power consumption for the powered version?
Powered recliners use approximately 75 watts and draw 2 amps from your 110V system. This is minimal and won't strain a standard RV electrical system.

Can each side recline independently on the smaller models (64", 67", 70")?
Yes. Both manual and powered versions of the 64", 67", 70", and 80" let each recliner work independently - one person can nap while the other stays upright or reclines to a different angle.

What about the 80" sofa? Does it recline?
Yes, the 80" is a full sofa with independent reclining on both ends. The center seat does recline and provides additional seating. It's designed for full-time RV living with three people comfortably seated.

Which sizes offer a console vs. a cushion center?
The 64", 67", and 70" offer a choice of console or center cushion. The 80" sofa is a solid 3-seat design with no center console option.

What's included with the center console option?

• Cup holders (two, 3 1/2" diameter each)

• Hidden front drawer for remotes, tablets, or small items

• Storage compartment on top

What if I choose the center cushion instead?
A 6" center cushion gives you a solid, continuous seating surface. No cup holders or storage, but a cleaner look and slightly more comfort for a person to lie down between the recliners.

Why doesn't the 80" have a console option?
The 80" is a true 3-seat sofa designed for maximum seating comfort across its width. It prioritizes continuous seating over storage, making it ideal for RVs where multiple people sit together regularly.

Do you remove my old sofa?
Yes. We offer removal of your old sofa and haul-away as part of the installation service. We'll coordinate timing that works with your schedule.

Is installation included, or do I need a separate quote?
Installation and removal are not included with your order. It will be an additional $150

Who handles the 110V power connection for the powered version?
We'll run the power cable to your sofa location. Make sure you have an outlet near the location where the new sofa will be installed.

How long does installation take?
Typically 1–2 hours for removal, delivery, and placement. We'll schedule a specific time window that works for you.

Can I install it myself?
Yes, although we don't recommend DIY installation, especially for the larger 80" model. A professional team ensures proper placement, secure anchoring, and warranty coverage.

Do you deliver outside of Yuma, AZ?
Yes. We coordinate delivery and installation within a 20 min radius of Yuma, as far as Wellton.

Comfort & Materials

What's the seat height, and is it comfortable for all-day sitting?
All sizes feature high-density foam and supportive seat/back profiles designed for all-day comfort. Exact height varies by recline position. If you are a bit apprehensive, we recommend requesting a sample or visiting our winter showroom to test comfort before ordering.

Are the materials easy to clean?
Yes. Our marine-grade vinyl and performance fabrics are UV- and stain-resistant and have wipe-clean surfaces. Mild soap and water are all you need. Avoid bleach and harsh solvents.

What colors are available?
Standard options: Linen Stone, Linen Oyster, Coronado Tanino, Coronado Ocher, Elk Honey Bee. Custom color requests are available 

Can I mix materials (e.g., vinyl sides with fabric center)?
Custom fabric combinations are available on all sizes. Discuss with our team, and we'll provide a quote.

Hidden armrest storage - what's it for?
Each sofa has hidden armrest storage compartments, perfect for storing remotes, magazines, weapons, or anything you want out of sight but within reach.

What's the warranty on the sofa frame and mechanics?
We offer a 5-year manufacturer's warranty on the frame, reclining mechanisms, and structural components for all sizes. Covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear or misuse.

What's the warranty on upholstery?
Upholstery is covered under our standard warranty against defects for 10 years from delivery on all sizes. This covers seam separation, zipper failure, and material defects - not stains, tears from use, or fading from sun exposure.

What about the powered components?
Motors and electrical components are covered under the 5-year frame warranty for manufacturing defects. If a motor fails due to a manufacturing issue, we'll replace or repair it.

What's NOT covered?

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or impact

• Sun fading or UV damage

• Stains, tears, or punctures from normal use

• Modifications made outside of the manufacturer's instructions

• Damage from improper installation

Do you offer a "free returns" policy like other products?
Sofas are custom-built and installed, so returns are not available. We stand behind our craftsmanship, so if there's a defect, we'll repair or replace it under warranty.

What's the current lead time?
10–18 business days from order to delivery for all sizes. This includes build, quality check, and scheduling installation.

Can I pay over time?
Yes, at least a half deposit is required to get started. We accept ACH/bank transfers and credit cards. Full payment is due when completed

What if my RV specifications don't match the standard sizes?
Send photos and measurements of your space. We'll review within 12 hours and let you know if custom sizing is possible. We've built sofas for unique layouts before.

Are all sofas made in the USA?
Yes. All our wall-hugger sofas are made in the USA with high-density foam, quality frames, and attention to detail.

How do I clean the sofa?
Wipe with mild soap and water on a damp cloth. Air dry. Avoid bleach, harsh solvents, and high-pressure washers, which can damage upholstery and seams.

Should I cover it when parked in the sun?
Yes. UV exposure fades upholstery over time. Window shades or a light throw cover extend the life and color vibrancy of your sofa.

What if I spill something?
Blot immediately with a clean cloth (don't rub). For stains, use a wool-safe or upholstery-safe cleaner. Test on a hidden spot first. Our performance fabrics resist stains better than traditional upholstery.

How often should I vacuum?
Vacuum or brush weekly if you have pets or heavy use. Regular cleaning prevents dirt from embedding in the fabric and keeps the sofa looking fresh.

Does the hidden armrest storage need special care?
No. Keep it dry, and you can overload it with heavy items. The compartments are designed for heavyweight storage.

Is this a sleeper sofa, or just recliners?
These are reclining sofas, not traditional sleepers. Each section reclines independently for comfortable lounging, napping, or sleeping. They're not designed as dedicated beds, but the recline is deep enough for rest on short trips or naps during the day.

Will it work for a couple full-timing in an RV?
Absolutely. Many full-time RV couples use these sofas for daily living and occasional sleeping. On the smaller models (64", 67", 70"), one person can recline fully while the other watches TV upright, or both can recline at different angles. The 80" model provides a third person with dedicated seating.

What's the difference between the smaller models and the 80"?

• 64", 67", 70": Two independent recliners with a center console or cushion. Great for couples or small groups.

• 80": A full 3-seat sofa with reclining on both ends and a solid center seat. Better for families or group seating, more like traditional sofa comfort.

Can I add captain chairs or a dinette to match?
Yes. We make matching captain chairs and dinettes in the same materials and colors. Coordinating your seating creates a cohesive interior. Request an estimate

How long does a sofa typically last in an RV?
With proper care (regular cleaning, sun protection, gentle use), a quality wall-hugger sofa lasts 8–12 years or more. Our 5-year frame warranty gives you confidence in durability, and many customers report even longer lifespans.

Can I upgrade later (e.g., from manual to powered)?
Once built and installed, a sofa is built to order. Retrofitting isn't typically possible. Choose your recline type carefully at the time of order, or contact us to discuss options.
